Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) - Mechanical Vapor Re-compresser Evaporator (MVRE)

Teemer’s MVRE system recovers clean water from wastewater using low power and minimal steam. It compresses low-temperature vapors to generate high-temperature vapor, enabling continuous evaporation and condensate recovery.

MVRE is an energy efficient Water Recovery Evaporator system which requires minimum steam to generate clean water from any wastewater.

The Mechanical Vapour Re-compressor compresses a low temperature vapour and produces high temperature vapours for continuous evaporation of wastewater.

In MVRE effluent is initially heated with steam or electric heater to its boiling point. The Mechanical Vapour Re-compressor compresses a low temperature vapour generated and produces high temperature vapours for further evaporation of wastewater.

The compressed vapours are sent to a heat exchanger where they get condensed and we get pure water at the outlet and low temperature vapours for further compression.
