Paddle dryer

Paddle dryers are used to dry wet cakes, pastes, and thick slurries like sludge. Heating media such as steam, hot oil, or thermic fluid flow through the hollow paddle shaft and jacket, ensuring efficient heat transfer to the material throughout the drying process. The selfcleaning paddle design prevents sticking, while the rotation of the shaft moves the wet feed from one end to the other, allowing moisture to vaporize and achieve the desired final product dryness.
